Don Lloyd is Senior Vice President and Manager of Capital Markets – Foreign Exchange, Rate Swaps and Commodity Derivatives at Associated Bank. Don joined Associated Bank in 2008 with more than 30 years of banking experience. In his current position, he oversees foreign exchange, interest rate hedging and commodity (oil and natural gas) derivative hedging, along with the sales strategy of trade services for commercial clients. He formerly held the position of President of Forex USA and is a former member of the Federal Reserve Foreign Exchange Committee. He has also served on the Committee for Professionalism for the Financial Markets Association of Canada.
Doug Myers is Senior Vice President and the Chicago Private Client Market Leader with Associated Bank. He is responsible for overseeing the Chicago private banking group, trust, investment management, and retirement plan services, which helps high net-worth clients and professional service firms manage their financial resources by providing customized, comprehensive cash management, trust, investment management and lending services. With more than 35 years of banking experience, Doug has been with Associated Bank since 2010.
Charles P. (Chuck) Garcia is Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management at Associated Bank. Previously, Garcia held a similar position at BOK Financial as Director of Treasury Services, a role he held for seven years. BOK Financial is a multi-state, $28-billion, full-service financial institution in the southwest United States. Garcia joined BOK Financial from JPMorgan Chase, where he held multiple roles in sales, sales management and products at JPMC and legacy Bank One Corporation. Garcia also held sales roles in the treasury management arena for Wells Fargo Bank in California and Fidelity Bank in Pennsylvania. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial services.
Greg Warsek is Senior Vice President and Illinois Market Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Division at Associated Bank. Warsek has been at Associated Bank for 15 years, having established the bank's Chicago Commercial Real Estate group in 2002. In this role, Warsek drives the execution of the bank's commercial real estate lending strategy with four dedicated Chicago-based commercial real estate teams: Middle Market, Institutional, REIT and For-Sale Housing. Prior to joining Associated Bank, Warsek held a similar position at U.S. Bank for 10 years, as Illinois Market Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Division. Warsek has a total of 30 years in banking and commercial real estate.
Rod Murray joined Associated Bank in 2010 and is currently the group senior vice president for commercial banking in Chicago and also serves as the head of the leveraged finance group for the Bank . He oversees corporate banking activities and offices covering Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio and Texas, focusing on middle market companies. As head of the leveraged group, Rod provides overall leadership in the company's effort to grow its private equity portfolio by supporting select sponsors that focus on the middle market space.
Rod brings more than 25 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Previously, he held the position of managing director, division leader at The PrivateBank in Chicago. Previous experience also includes division head in the middle market group at LaSalle Bank.
Rod holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Illinois State University. He has served on the board of directors for Chicago Youth Centers and The Gateway for Cancer Research, where he served in varying capacities including Treasurer and Secretary.
Through corporate training and one-to-one counseling, Bret works with business leaders and HR professionals to provide clear understanding of the laws and regulations governing all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. Bret leads decision-makers through strategic planning to respond to the obligations and opportunities created under healthcare reform, while encouraging anticipatory compliance adhering to rules of taxation and ERISA. Recognizing the impact post-employment liabilities have on public entities, Bret works with municipalities, counties and school districts to create attractive and cost-effective recruitment and retention strategies. Bret holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and West Virginia. Wayne Janus has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. As President of the Financial Planning Practice at Whitnell, an Affiliate of Associated Bank, he provides personal financial and tax planning for a wide range of individuals, including senior executives, affluent business owners, law firm partners, retirees and families of deceased clients. Janus helps clients maximize the tax benefits of charitable gifts, find creative ways to fund college education for children and grandchildren, as well as plan for retirement needs, such as evaluating the tax implications of residing in other states.

He has more than 30 years of banking experience, including more than 20 in leadership responsibility within the commercial real estate segment. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate with Bank of America, where he was responsible for all levels of business in the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Group, which included 370 employees and seven commercial real estate business lines. He spent more than two decades in commercial real estate leadership roles with LaSalle Bank, prior to its merger with Bank of America.
