U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rules require all brokerage firms to make publicly available quarterly reports describing their order routing practices. Associated Investment Services, Inc. (AIS) is an introducing broker that routes all of its customers’ equity and option orders to its clearing firm, National Financial Services LLC (NFS). AIS has no control or influence over where NFS routes such orders for execution. In addition, AIS does not receive compensation for directing order flow to NFS, and AIS does not have any material relationships with any of the venues utilized by NFS.
