We've partnered with Zelle, so now you can easily send and receive money from people you know—even split a bill—through Associated Bank Online1 and Mobile2 services.

There's nothing you need to do to transfer your contacts from Popmoney® to Zelle. After you enroll with Zelle, it will happen automatically through your Associated Bank online and mobile services!

Start using Zelle by following these easy steps

  • Sign into online or mobile banking.
  • Go to Transfer & Pay in mobile OR Send money with Zelle® in online banking.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions.
  • If your recipient is already enrolled with Zelle®, the money will go directly into their bank account. If they aren't enrolled yet, they'll get a notification explaining how to enroll. Once they're enrolled, the money will move directly into their account. For security, only send to people you know.

  • To receive money the first time only—if you haven't already done so, select Activity and validate your email and U.S. mobile phone number. After that, the money will automatically go into your account.
  • If you're already using Zelle® through another financial institution, select Transfer Email/Phone to transfer your email and/or mobile phone number to use Zelle® at Associated Bank.

1. Our standard bill payment service, found within online and mobile banking, is free, up to your available balance. Some add-on services within the standard bill payment service have service charges. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the Bill Payment Service and the Consumer Deposit Account Fee Schedule for details.

2. Associated Bank Mobile is available for personal accounts. Associated Bank does not charge a fee to use our mobile banking and text banking services. Message and data rates may apply. 3. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle.

4. Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Zelle.
