Download Associated Bank Digital from the app store on your device. If you’re not currently enrolled, you’ll need to follow the steps to get started. If you already use Associated Bank Digital, sign in with your username and password.

Features & functions: Frequently asked questions

Instant Balance is a feature on the mobile app that allows you to view your account balance without signing in.

On the "Deposits" tab, click the Deposit History link. You can view eight months or more of deposit history within Associated Bank Digital in both the mobile and online versions.

Timing for funds availability varies. It depends on the account type, check amount, time of deposit and other factors. Please see the Digital Banking Terms and Conditions for additional information.

To discontinue mobile banking, delete the Associated Bank Digital app. For additional assistance, contact Customer Care at 800-682-4989.
