IMPORTANT DETAILS AND ACTION ITEMS

Prepare for the transition by reviewing the details and action items listed below. For a successful transition, please make sure the necessary actions items are completed by the specified date.

TREASURY MANAGEMENT
AND ONLINE BANKING
Treasury Management services, including online and mobile banking, will be unavailable as of 3 p.m. CT on Friday, June 14, 2019. Services will be converted to Associated Bank and available for you on Monday, June 17, 2019.
BRANCH INFORMATION
  • Huntington Bank branch locations will be closing at 3 p.m. CT on Friday, June 14, 2019, and remain closed through the weekend to complete the conversion to Associated Bank.
  • Beginning Monday, June 17, 2019, all Associated Bank locations will be available for your use.
HISTORY AND ACCOUNT ACTIVITY YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY AND TRANSACTION ACTIVITY PRIOR TO FRIDAY, JUNE 14, 2019, WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ASSOCIATED BANK.
Any historical account and transaction history should be accessed through Huntington Bank, but we also recommend saving recent transactions before conversion weekend as an additional record.
REMOTE DEPOSIT We will be in contact with you to set up a private installation appointment for our Remote Deposit platform.

SERVICE CUT-OFF TIMES

ACH ORIGINATION
AND EDI
ACH Processing hours:
ACH Origination with expected settlement of the next business day must be completed and approved – 8 p.m. CT.

Same-day transaction settlement is available and must be completed – 11 a.m. CT for same day posting at the receiving bank.
WIRE TRANSFERS Outgoing wires can be sent beginning at 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. CT (3 p.m. CT for USD International wires), Monday through Friday.
Incoming wires can be received beginning at 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday
Online banking wires are automatically loaded in real time until 4 p.m. CT.

POSITIVE PAY Positive Pay processing hours:

New check issue file processing upload schedule:
Monday through Friday beginning at 5:30 a.m. CT, and then every ½ hour from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. CT.
Saturdays every hour beginning at 8:30 a.m. until noon CT.
  • Suspect items will be posted on each business day by 9 a.m. CT and a pay/return decision must be completed by 3 p.m. CT.
  • Reverse Positive Pay suspect items will be returned through Associated Connect by 3 p.m. CT or the item will be paid.
REMOTE DEPOSIT Deposits must be submitted by 9 p.m. CT
ACH FILTER All pay or return decisions need to be made by 5 p.m. CT or the default decision will be applied.
CONTROLLED DISBURSEMENT A morning report will be provided each business day by 9 a.m. CT.

2019 HOLIDAY CALENDAR

The Holiday Table shows the holidays and dates on which transactions cannot be processed. Yes, indicates that holiday processing restrictions apply and the system will not process transactions on the holiday. No, indicates that holiday processing restictions do not apply and the system will process transactions on the holiday.
