ACCOUNT INFORMATION

01. Will account numbers change at conversion?
Yes. At conversion, your account numbers will change. You will receive a mailing(s) with your new account number(s) and related information prior to conversion.
02. Will routing numbers change at conversion?
Yes. At conversion, routing numbers will change. If you currently have an account that uses checks, you will be issued new Associated Bank checks at no charge to assist with the transition.


ATM

01. What ATMs can I access without surcharge fees?
Huntington Bank ATMs will continue to be surcharge free until conversion. Huntington Bank Debit cards will be surcharge free at Associated Bank ATMs beginning on 4/3/19 and will continue through conversion in June. Following conversion and activation of your Associated Bank Debit Card, you will have surcharge-free access at All Associated Bank ATMs and the extensive MoneyPass network of ATMs, with more than 30,000 surcharge-free locations nationwide.*

Associated Bank and MoneyPass ATM access is free for Associated Bank customers only when you withdraw funds up to the amount of your available balance. ATMs outside of the Associated and MoneyPass networks may charge a fee.
02. What changes will happen to Huntington ATMs?
Where applicable, Huntington ATMs will convert to Associated Bank ATMs on conversion weekend. As a result, branding and processing will change, and the ATMs will become part of the MoneyPass surcharge free ATM network at that time. All other functionality will be retained. ATMs at Huntington Bank locations that are closing permanently over conversion weekend will remain closed.
03. Will Huntington ATMs need to be shut down during conversion?
Huntington Bank branch locations and ATMs in Wisconsin will close by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019 and remain closed through the weekend in order to complete the conversion to Associated Bank.


AUTOMATIC DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

01. Will I need to contact anyone to update direct deposit information?
Yes. After conversion, you will need to reestablish direct deposit information with your employer or any organization or person making direct deposits into their account. To assist with the transition, you will have 60 days to reestablish direct deposit information.
02. Will I need to make changes to my automatic or online payments?
After conversion, you may need to re-establish automatic payment information. Online banking and bill pay transfers will need to be re-established after enrollment into Associated Bank online banking.


BRANCHES

01. Who will be working at Huntington Bank locations?
At this time, Huntington branch locations will continue to be served by Huntington employees.
02. During what hours will the Huntington branch locations be open?
All Huntington branch locations will continue to be open during their normal hours at this time.
03. Will any Huntington branch locations close before conversion?
No. All Huntington branch locations will remain open until conversion, which is currently scheduled for mid-June. Any location closures or related changes will be communicated in advance of those changes occurring.
04. Where will I do my banking in the future?
Following conversion, customers will have access to Associated Bank's online, mobile, text and telephone banking services; its 24/7/365 Customer Care team; ATMs, including surcharge-free access to the extensive MoneyPass network of ATMs, with more than 25,000 locations nationwide; and more than 245 banking locations serving more than 110 communities throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. Specific information on branch locations is available at AssociatedBank.com/Huntington.


CHECKING ACCOUNTS

01. How long can I use existing Huntington checks?
You may use your Huntington Bank checks through June 17, 2019, at which time your accounts will have completed converted to Associated Bank. You will receive a free supply of Associated Bank checks as part of the conversion and should begin using those beginning on June 17, 2019.  You will also receive instructions on how to order additional checks in the future.
02. If I am running low on checks, how do I order more?
Prior to conversion, continue to follow your current process for reordering checks.


DEBIT CARDS

01. Will Huntington customers receive a new debit card at conversion?
Yes, you'll receive your new debit card(s) in early June. You can continue to use your Huntington Bank debit card until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019. You can begin using your Associated Bank card on Friday, June 14, 2019. When you receive your new card, follow the activation/use instructions.
02. What type of debit card will I receive?
If you have a Huntington Bank Debit Card with a Huntington Bank Checking Account, you will receive a standard Associated Bank Platinum Debit Card, unless you selected an Associated Bank affinity card prior to May 5.

If you did not already select an affinity card but would like to do so, please contact Associated Bank's 24/7/365 Customer Care team or visit any Associated Bank location after conversion weekend in mid-June.
03. What are some of the unique features of Associated Bank Mastercard® debit cards?
Associated Bank Mastercard® Debit Cards are set to prefer PIN over Signature in the authorization process. As a result, customers will see merchants requesting a PIN when using their Associated Bank debit cards.

Associated Bank Debit Mastercards feature "tap and go" convenience, offering contactless-enabled technology for simplified purchases.

If a customer needs a new card, they may order one through Associated Bank's 24/7/365 Customer Care team or visit any Associated Bank branch location to have one instantly issued.
04. Can I use my Associated Bank debit cards when I receive them?
No. You may activate your new cards when receive them but must continue to use their Huntington debit cards up to the date of conversion, which is currently scheduled for mid-June.

Please note, regardless of when you call to activate a card, you will hear a message stating the new card is ready for immediate use.
05. If I receive multiple debit cards, how will I identify which account each it tied to?
Please reference the last four digits of the account number on your card to identify to which account it is as stated on the card carrier.


GENERAL INFORMATION

01. How are Associated Bank and Huntington alike?
Associated Bank and Huntington share a proud heritage of serving Midwest communities since 1861 and 1866, respectively. Both organizations are built around customer-centric strategies, and we actively support our communities through financial support, colleague volunteerism and partnerships with nonprofit organizations.


ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING

01. What will happen to online and mobile banking services after conversion?
After conversion, you will need to enroll in Associated Bank online and mobile banking services and reestablish any online payment information. Additional information will be provided in advance of this change.


PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

01. What happens to my checking and savings products?
At conversion, your accounts will be converted into Associated Bank checking and savings products with similar features and benefits. You will receive product information with additional detail in April.
02. What happens to my consumer loans?
At conversion, consumer loans will be converted into Associated Bank consumer loans with similar features and benefits. You will receive product information in April explaining the change, In addition, service and ownership transfer mailings will be sent mid-May.
03. What will happen to Huntington customer credit cards?
There will be no changes to the Huntington credit cards as they are not converting to Associated Bank.
04. Will product rates remain the same?
At conversion, product rates and terms will remain as they were at Huntington bank until a time when renewal or future rate change occurs with Associated Bank.
05. Will there be any changes to my certificates of deposit (CDs)?
Existing CD interest rates and terms will remain unchanged until the first maturity date or renewal date after June 14, 2019. At conversion, Specific CD renewal notices will be mailed to customers based on maturity date. If you wish to make any changes to their CDs prior to conversion, you should visit your Huntington branch.
06. What happens to my safe deposit box?
If you have a safe deposit box, you will receive a mailing with specific instructions based on your branch location. In advance of your renewal date, you will receive more information. Upon renewal of your safe deposit box, details and rates will be changing.
07. What happens to a customer’s FDIC insurance coverage if they have deposits at Huntington and Associated Bank?
Deposits from each bank will be separately insured for at least six months, beginning at conversion. This grace period is designed to give a depositor the opportunity to restructure his or her accounts, if necessary.

CDs from the assumed bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount (either with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.


WHAT TO DO NOW

01. What changes are occurring now?
Nothing is changing at this time. Please continue to visit Huntington branch locations and use your existing checks, debit cards, deposit slips, mobile banking, online banking and other services for your accounts.
02. When are changes expected to occur?
Changes will occur at conversion, which is currently planned for mid-June 2019.
03. Who should I contact with questions about my Huntington accounts and services?
At this time, please continue to visit your Huntington branch location or contact the Huntington Customer Care team at 866-643-4201. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
04. Where can I get information about Associated Bank products and services?
Associated Bank will mail product information to you in April. For additional information about Associated Bank products and services, you may visit an Associated Bank branch location or go to AssociatedBank.com.
05. Can I go to an Associated Bank location for banking transactions?
At this time, for services related to Huntington accounts, please continue to use Huntington branch locations or contact the Huntington Customer Care team at 866-643-4201. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
