Associated Connect® provides access to a comprehensive and powerful information reporting system for corporate cash management. It provides summary and detail views, current and previous-day reporting, cash position reports, data export and direct downloads for offline reconciliation.
Real Time Balances and Dashboard
The Dashboard provides instant access to a consolidated summary of account information for deposit and loan accounts that is refreshed in real time. Based on what they are entitled to, each user is able to customize what information they want to display and how they want it to look.
Real Time Account Activity
The real time account activity service allows users to view a complete snapshot of transaction activity for a single account and a desired date range. Account activity reports display an account’s available balance and all transaction types posted by Associated Bank. The solution also provides real-time transaction search functions for viewing account balances, a variety of transactions. Users can also access scanned images of paid checks, deposit tickets, deposit items and other documents.

To streamline offline reconciliation, users can quickly and easily download account activity and select the format of the output file to match their accounting software applications, including comma-separated, tab-separated, QuickBooks® and BAI2 formats.
The Document Center service allows users to view their current and past account statements for up to 13 months.
The Reporting service provides a standard set of prior-day reports needed for cash management activities. Users can customize the standard reports by selecting report criteria to define the report output. Report criteria selections may include dates, accounts and report views. Selected criteria can be saved to auto create Favorite Reports. Users can view, print or save reports from their desktops or export in comma-separated and tab-separated formats. The Reporting functions that users have access to depend on their service and account privileges, as well as whether a particular account is set up to include the reporting service. Balances and transactions for account held at other financial institutions may included with Multi-bank Reporting. Data for these reports is updated each morning with information from the prior business day and retained for 180 days. The solution’s transaction search feature gives users the tools they need to prepare customized lists of posted items and to search for specific transactions. Search criteria include transaction type, account number, dates, check numbers and reference numbers.
Global Account Aggregation Solution
Data Exchange provides direct and automated access to account data from Associated Bank and other banks worldwide. Multiple and flexible delivery options for BAI files include FTP, dial-up TTY and Web access.
