We are excited to announce that eManager+ will be changing to Associated Connect™ by 7:00 a.m. CT on February 27, 2012. The new name will reflect the transformation to a single point of access offering convenient navigation and a consistent user experience for a growing array of financial management services tailored to meet the needs of your business.
As part of this transformation, the services you currently use are also being upgraded to provide you with more features and streamlined workflows to help you efficiently manage your company’s financial position for optimal cash flow and control.
Key dates and times:
2/14 – Online training will be available through recorded webinar sessions. You can find these through a new training service that will be accessible through Associated Connect. Prior to the upgrade, the training service will be listed on the left navigation bar. After the upgrade, you can find the training by clicking on the Help link in the grey title bar in the upper right corner of the screen. There are five sessions available: Basic Training, ACH, Wire, Positive Pay and Administration. We recommend that all users view the sessions that pertain to the functions they will be using.
2/22 – We will be capturing data from the eManager+ system at the end of this business day, to load into Associated Connect. If you make any entitlement or template changes within eManager+ between 5 p.m. CT on 2/22 through 2/26, those changes may not be reflected in the Associated Connect system.
2/24 – We will be shutting off transmissions through the eManager+ system after 5 p.m. CT on Friday 2/24. Please make sure all ACH, internal book transfers and positive pay check issued files are sent before 5 p.m. CT on this day. (Last ACH scoop time will be 5 p.m. CT; there will not be an 8 p.m. CT scoop on this day).
2/27 – By 7:00 a.m. CT you will be upgraded to Associated Connect. You will have access to historical transaction data, as well as ACH and Wire template data, going back over one year.
