IMPORTANT DETAILS AND ACTION ITEMS

Specific actions, based on service, must be taken to ensure your successful transition. Follow the timeline below to learn what actions need to take place by what date.

BANKING DURING
TRANSITION WEEKEND
On Friday, June 22 at 3 p.m. CT all services will be transferred from Bank Mutual to Associated Bank and available on Monday, June 25. All files that need to be processed and decision items that need to be made must also be completed by 3 p.m. CT.
BRANCH LOCATIONS All Bank Mutual branch locations will be closing at 3 p.m. CT on Friday, June 22. Please be aware that your closest location may change after the transition is complete on Monday, June 25. Visit AssociatedBank.com/BankMutual for a fully updated list.
ONLINE BANKING Services will be unavailable beginning Friday, June 22 at 3 p.m. CT through Sunday, June 24. Beginning Monday, June 25, you can enroll in Associated Connect®.
  • During the week of June 18, each user will receive two secure emails from Associated Bank containing their username and temporary password, along with enrollment instructions for Associated Connect®.
  • Prior to Bank Mutual systems becoming unavailable on Friday, June 22 at 3 p.m. CT, we recommend that you save any bank statements, reports or transactional information for historical purposes.
  • If you have not logged in to your business online banking in the last 13 months (as of May 1), you will not be converted to Associated Connect®.
REMOTE DEPOSIT
  • We will be in contact with you to set up a private installation appointment for our Remote Deposit platform. For more information and necessary steps to set up Remote Deposit, please download the Remote Deposit Conversion Guide.
  • Historical information from Bank Mutual will no longer be accessible. We recommend you run any reports or download images you may need for future use.

SERVICE CUT-OFF TIMES

ACH ORIGINATION
AND EDI
ACH Processing timelines:
Next day settlement – 8 p.m. CT.

Same day settlement – 11:00 a.m. CT through the online channel
or 11:30 a.m. CT if transferring a NACHA file to us directly.

REMOTE DEPOSIT Deposits must be submitted by 9 p.m. CT
ACH BLOCKS
AND FILTERS
Service Level Agreement (SLA) is 9 a.m. CT, usual delivery by 7:30 a.m. CT.

Pay and/or return decisions must be made by 5 p.m. CT or your default decision will activate.
POSITIVE PAY Processing of Check issue file uploads will occur:
Monday – Friday:
5:30 a.m. CT, and then every ½ hour from 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CT and again at 8:30 p.m. CT.

Saturday:
9 a.m. – 12 p.m. CT, every hour.

Exceptions will be posted by 9 a.m. CT and exception decisions must be complete by 3 p.m. CT. If you do not decision your items, they will be returned unless you have requested a different default setting.
LOCKBOX Processed daily based on individual client cut-off time requirements.
WIRE TRANSFERS Daily wire operations are between 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. CT.
Tax wires must be submitted by 3 p.m. CT.

Wires released after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

  • Your Associated Connect username and temporary password will be sent to you via secure email this week.
FRIDAY, JUNE 22
  • At 3 p.m. CT the Bank Mutual online banking platform and Treasury Management services will be unavailable.
  • Bank Mutual locations will close at 3 p.m.
SATURDAY, JUNE 23
  • Online banking and Treasury Management services remain unavailable.
  • Bank Mutual locations remain closed.
SUNDAY, JUNE 24
  • Online banking and Treasury Management services remain unavailable.
  • Bank Mutual locations remain closed.
MONDAY, JUNE 25:
Welcome to Associated Bank!
  • Re-enroll in online banking at AssociatedBank.com using your username & temporary password.
  • Validate all account and service information is correct.
  • Remote deposit implementation appointments begin Monday, June 25 and run throughout the week.

2018 HOLIDAY CALENDAR

The Holiday Table shows the holidays and dates on which transactions cannot be processed. Yes, indicates that holiday processing restrictions apply and the system will not process transactions on the holiday. No, indicates that holiday processing restictions do not apply and the system will process transactions on the holiday.
