BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

01. What will happen to my current Bank Mutual business checking and savings accounts?
Upon conversion of Bank Mutual to Associated Bank in late June/July, your accounts will automatically be changed to Associated Bank business checking and savings accounts with similar features and benefits to those you enjoy now. In the meantime, your current accounts will not change and you can continue to bank as usual.
02. Will my account numbers change?
Your current account numbers are still valid. You will receive information about any changes to your account number in late June/July, closer to conversion.
03. Can I make deposits and withdrawals on my accounts at Associated Bank locations?
Not currently, but you will be able to do so after conversion in late June/July. In the meantime, please continue to use your existing Bank Mutual locations.
04. Do I need to get new business credit cards?
You will receive information on your new Associated Bank credit cards prior to conversion in late June/July. In the meantime, please continue to use your existing Bank Mutual cards.
05. Do I need to get new checks?
Please continue to use your current checks. You will receive information on how to order new checks in late June/July, closer to conversion.
06. What will happen to my Bank Mutual business or commercial real estate loan?
Your current loan will be converted to an Associated Bank business or commercial real estate loan and structured to complement the current terms and conditions of your existing loan. Please be assured that your rate and terms will not change. You should continue to follow your current payment plan schedule provided by Bank Mutual.
07. Can I make my loan payments at Associated Bank?
You will be able to make your loan payments at Associated Bank after conversion in late June/July. In the meantime, please continue to use your existing Bank Mutual locations.
08. Will this impact any automatic payments I have set up with Bank Mutual?
Your automatic payments will continue as scheduled.
09. What is happening to my loan application?
Any current loan applications will continue to be processed by Bank Mutual.
10. Will this change impact my Bank Mutual account statements?
You will receive detailed information on your new account statements prior to conversion in late June/July. In the meantime, you will continue to receive your current statements as usual.
11. Will this change impact my business online banking service and access?
Your current online banking service, passwords, usernames and access remain the same. You will receive detailed information on your new online banking systems, including features, functionality, passwords, usernames, and more in late June/July, closer to conversion.
12. What will happen to my consumer accounts?
We will send separate information specific to consumer products and services to consumers.
13. Will my relationship management team change?
Please continue to work with your current Bank Mutual relationship managers. Associated Bank relationship managers will work in tandem with your current Bank Mutual team to ensure a smooth transition for you and your business.
14. How will this impact the cash management services I have in place with Bank Mutual?
Your current services and system will remain the same for now and will be converted to similar Associated Bank services. You will receive detailed information on your new cash management services in late June/July, closer to conversion.
15. What if I have more account related questions?
If you can’t find the answers you need here, please stop at your nearby Bank Mutual location or call 800-261-6888. After conversion, you can visit any Associated Bank location or call 800-504-0800.

01. Is Associated Bank as involved in the community as Bank Mutual?
Associated Bank and Bank Mutual both play an active role in supporting the health of their communities and will continue this commitment in the markets the combined companies will serve. Together, in 2016, both companies made approximately $1 billion in lending and investments to minority and low- to moderate-income customers and communities and provided more than 67,000 hours of volunteer services in 2017. Associated Bank will continue its commitment to the communities we serve.

01. Why is Bank Mutual becoming part of Associated Bank?
Associated Bank and Bank Mutual share a rich history of helping individuals, families and businesses meet their financial goals. By coming together, we will be able to offer customers better access to banking locations, a wider range of services and ongoing support to the communities we serve.
02. When does Associated Bank plan to integrate the two companies?
Our colleagues are already working together to ensure a smooth integration process for our customers. Customers will first experience changes in late June/July. We'll keep you informed along the way to ensure you understand what's happening when and how to get answers to the questions you may have.
03. When and how will I be notified of changes that impact my banking relationship?
You will receive detailed information on product and service changes to your accounts in mid-April and mid-May. In the meantime, you can find the latest information at AssociatedBank.com/BankMutual.


LOCATIONS AND ATMS

01. What is happening with Associated Bank and Bank Mutual locations?
Associated Bank currently has over 200 locations serving more than 100 communities throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. As part of the integration process, some branch locations will close and others will convert to Associated Banks. Our goal throughout this process is ensuring you continue to have access to branches located at or near where you currently bank.
02. Can I go to an Associated Bank location for banking transactions?
For services related to Bank Mutual accounts, you should continue to use Bank Mutual branches until conversion in late June/July. You can also contact the Bank Mutual Customer Care department at 800-261-6888, Monday–Friday 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. or Saturday 8 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. After conversion, you can visit any Associated Bank or call the 24/7/365 Associated Bank Customer Care team at 800-504-0008.
03. When can I use Associated Bank ATMs?
Starting immediately, ATMs at Associated Bank AND Bank Mutual locations can be used by customers of both banks without an access fee. You'll be able to use your Bank Mutual debit cards at Associated Bank ATMs AND have surcharge-free access to the extensive MoneyPass network for ATMs, with more than 25,000 locations nationwide.*
