How do I stop the delivery of paper statements?
Note: In order for us to deliver your eStatement notice, you must have a valid email address within Online Banking. You may update your email address at any time by choosing "Suppress Paper Statements" on the “Self Service” page. You will need to select “Suppress” for each of your accounts. For a Combined Account (multiple accounts on a single statement), you only need to stop the delivery of paper statements for the primary account. All combined accounts will be included in the eStatement of the primary account (CD information will continue to be provided if you currently have a combined statement).
Do I have to sign up for eStatements?
No, you do not have to sign up for eStatements. eStatements is a free service to all Online Banking customers. All of your available eStatements can be viewed by choosing “eStatements” under the “Accounts” tab within Online Banking. Note: you may lower your exposure to identity theft by telling Associated Bank to stop sending you your paper statement. Choose “Suppress Paper Statements” on the “Self Service” page.
Is there a cost to view my eStatements?
No, eStatements is a FREE service to all Online Banking customers.
Is it secure to view my account statement online as an eStatement?
Associated Bank’s Online Banking application provides a secure environment
to view your eStatements. Additionally, you can choose to stop receiving your current
paper statement, which means there is no need to worry about exposing your financial
information via postal mail.
What accounts will I be able to receive eStatements for?
Today, you may view your personal checking, money market and savings accounts.
How will I know when my eStatement is available?
If you have stopped the paper delivery of your statement, you will receive an email from
Associated Bank each month to let you know when your eStatement is available. Your
eStatement will be available at the same frequency as your current paper statement.
Please be sure to keep your email address current within Online Banking .
If you have not stopped your paper statement, you will not receive an email. You will
find your eStatement within the “eStatements” tab slightly earlier than when you receive
your paper statement.
Do I have to have an email address in order to view my statements online?
You are not required to have an email address to view your eStatements. You do need
a valid email address in order to stop the delivery of your paper statements.
You should be aware customer privacy is of critical importance to Associated Bank.
Information regarding customers’ accounts is kept confidential to protect each
customer's right to privacy, to secure accounts from fraud and to avoid customers

What if my email address changes?
You may update your email address at any time by choosing “Suppress Paper Statements” on the “Self Service” page within Online Banking.
What if my email address is not correct?
If your email address is not correct, we will be unable to deliver your eStatement notice.
Sending your eStatement notice is how Associated Bank will inform you your eStatement
is available for you to review. Because Associated Bank would be unable to notify you
when your eStatement is available, failure to update and/or correct your email address
might result in Associated Bank reinstating the delivery of your paper statement.
Will I be able to see my combined statement(s) online?
Your eStatement will present your combined statement exactly as it has been on your
paper statements.
Can I still receive my cancelled checks in the mail?
No, when you stop your paper statement, your cancelled checks will no longer be mailed
to you. Remember, you can at your convenience, view, print and save images of your
checks and deposit slips within the account activity of Online Banking.
How is eStatements different from the "Balances" and "Details" I have always
seen within Online Banking ?
Your eStatement is designed to provide you with information about your account that
appears substantially similar to your current paper statement. Even if you choose to
stop receiving your paper statements, you will continue to have access to all of the
features and information currently available within Online Banking.
Do I need special software to view my eStatements?
You will need Adobe Reader, which is a free program that comes with nearly every
computer sold today. If you do not currently have Adobe Reader, you can download a copy from their website.
What if I want to start receiving paper copies of my account statement again?
You may elect to begin receiving your paper statement again at any time. To begin
receiving your account statement on paper through the mail rather than exclusively
online, contact our Customer Care Representatives toll free at 1-800-682-4989 seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
