Online Banking Security Information

At Associated Bank, the security and integrity of our customer's accounts and transactions are a top priority. To protect your personal information, we require 128-bit encryption to use Online Banking. Click here for interesting facts on why we require this.

Determine if you have 128-bit encryption, click here.

If you do not have 128-bit encryption, you will need to upgrade your browser. This can be done in one of two ways:

1. CD-ROMs that contain the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer software are available from Microsoft. This will ensure your Internet browser has the required security features needed to successfully manage your accounts online. Click here to download the latest versions of Internet Explorer or order a downloadable CD.

2. Download an upgrade online. (Note: Download times vary greatly depending on the speed and type of Internet connection and the amount of traffic on the Web site being used to obtain the file.)
If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, click here to upgrade your current browser to 128-bit encryption.
If you are using a version prior to Internet Explorer 4.0, click here to download a more current browser version.

Note: Online Banking performs at optimal levels when using Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher as your browser and this is what Associated Bank recommends. If you prefer a browser other than Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, Online Banking does support Internet Explorer or Netscape versions 4.0 or higher.
