| Personal Profile: | A native of northeast Wisconsin, Jim and his wife Kay moved back to the Fox Valley from the Chicago area in 2002. With a deep appreciation for northeast Wisconsin, they moved back to this area for the quality of life and to care for aging parents. They have two sons, Jason and Mark; both live in Elgin, Illinois and work in Barrington, Illinois. Areas of interest include reading, a little traveling and real estate investing. |
| Experience: | Jim has dedicated his career to making the loan process as simple and enjoyable as possible for his clients. With a deep understanding of the frustrations Realtors and their clients experience with mortgage lenders, he decided to leave a 17 year career in real estate association management and join Harris Bank-Chicago as a residential loan officer. Jim's philosophy is that purchasing a home and obtaining a mortgage are major financial decisions. The experiences should be enjoyable and not one that could become an emotional nightmare.
