


Personalization features
Personalization allows you to customize your ATM experience by answering three basic questions. The answers to these questions are saved as preferences for future ATM visits, resulting in quicker and safer transactions.
Non-customers who use Associated Bank ATMs will also be asked to personalize their preferences, which are saved and offered to them at any Associated Bank ATM.
Preferences are saved by card number. All cards that share the same number will only allow one set of preferences between all the cards. If a new card number is issued in the event of a lost or stolen card, you will need to reestablish your settings. Replacement cards with the same card number will retain all preferences.
The personalization that you setup at an Associated Bank ATM will only be saved on Associated Bank terminals. Other banks may allow for separate personalization at their terminals, but preferences do not transfer between machines owned by different banks.
PIN change
As an Associated Bank customer, you may use the PIN change feature at any Associated Bank ATM if you know your existing PIN. The ability to change your PIN is not available at non-Associated Bank ATMs. You may also call the PIN change telephone number at 1-800-991-7704 if you have the reference code provided in the letter containing your temporary PIN number. Although non-customers will see the PIN change option on the screen, Associated Bank is unable to process a PIN change on a non-Associated Bank card.
