To supplement our existing investment offerings, we perform significant due diligence on an ongoing basis to seek out no-load mutual funds suitable for 401(k) investment options. During the exhaustive selection process, we scan the universe of more than 12,000 mutual funds and analyze them using selective criteria, including:

• Performance over several periods
• Expense ratio
• Stated style and objectives
• Actual style and objectives
• Tenure of manager(s)
• Portfolio turnover
• Measures of relative risk
• Portfolio concentrations

This analysis results in our working list of managed mutual funds. This list is reviewed continually and updated monthly to ensure that these funds continue to meet our selection criteria.
